The very first step in your home buying journey is getting pre-approved for a home loan. The best type of home loan for you will depend on your personal situation. I will connect you with a local lender that will explain the different types of home loans available to you such as first time homebuyers, 0% down, and more.
Once you are pre approved, the fun begins! I will take you to see many homes that fit your criteria, in neighborhoods that you choose. We narrow them down until we find your dream home.
Once we find your dream home, we make an offer. I handle all of the negotiating to make sure you get the house for the best possible price. I also handle all of the legal paperwork to make the process smooth and seamless. (At absolutely no cost to you!)
It will take about 30 - 40 days for the loan to process and documents to be verified. During this time, the lender and I work closely together to make sure everything is done correctly. You may be asked to send in additional documents. Sit back and relax, we are almost finished!
Once the lender gives us the final approval, we are ready to close! This is the day when it is all finalized you receive the keys. Congratulations, you are a homeowner!
